压片成型菱铁矿催化剂脱硝性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以菱铁矿粉末为原料通过压片成型制备催化剂,研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、煅烧次序和粘结剂质量分数对催化剂脱硝活性的影响,并进行了催化剂的抗硫性和重复性实验。结果表明:450℃是煅烧菱铁矿催化剂的最佳温度,在150℃反应温度下催化效率可达到85%;添加9%质量分数聚乙烯醇粘结剂可提高催化剂强度,并使脱硝效率维持在较高水平;在270℃反应温度下,SO2的存在几乎不影响催化剂的脱硝效率。 A new kind of catalyst was prepared by the process of pelleting with siderite powder, so as to study the effects of following factors on the denitrification activity, such as the calcining temperature, calcining time, calcining sequence and mass fraction of adhesives, etc., while the sulfur resistance and repeatability of the catalyst were researched. Results show that the siderite catalyst calcined at 450 ℃ has the highest denitration performance, with a denitration efficiency reaching 85% at the reaction temperature of 150 ℃; besides, the mechanical strength of the siderite catalyst can be improved by adding polyvinyl alcohol adhesives with a mass fraction of 9%, of which the denitration efficiency can be maintained in a high level. Sulfur resistance tests indicate that the existence of SO 2 hardly influences the denitration efficiency of the catalyst at the reaction temperature of 270 ℃.
