摘要 通过人工加速老化研究玻纤增强环氧树脂复合材料在高温高湿和水煮老化条件下的耐候性,考察了复合材料的吸水性、热学性能、力学性能以及断面微观形貌受老化条件及老化周期的影响。通过对测试结果的分析,探讨了玻纤增强复合材料的老化机理,为后续开发性能更加优越的玻璃纤维提供了理论支撑,使玻璃纤维产品更好地满足客户需求。 By means of artificial accelerated aging, the whether resistance of fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin composites under high temperature, high humidity and boiling cycle was studied.The effects of aging conditions and aging cycles on the water absorption, thermal properties, mechanical properties and microscopic fracture morphology of the composites were investigated. Based on the analysis of the test results, the aging mechanism of fiberglass reinforced composites has been explored, which provides theoretical support for the further development of glass fibers with better properties so as to make fiberglass products better meet customer needs.
