摘要
通过在同一种玻璃纤维浸润剂配方中使用A-1100和A-187两种硅烷偶联剂,研究A-1100和A-187两种不同偶联剂对玻璃纤维外观、耐磨性(毛纱量)以及原丝抗拉强度和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,使用A-1100的玻璃纤维较使用A-187的玻璃纤维外观更黄,集束性更好,更硬,原丝初始抗拉强度略微偏高,但耐磨性相对较差,原丝磨损后的抗拉强度偏低,两种偶联剂生产的玻璃纤维耐水性能差异不大。
This paper analyzes the effects of two kinds of silane coupling agents, A-1100 and A-187, used in the same glass fiber sizing formulation respectively on the appearance, abrasion resistance (fuzz amount), tensile strength and water resistance of glass fiber. The results showed that glass fibers with A-1100 exhibited yellower appearance, better strand integrity, higher stiffiness and slightly higher initial tensile strength than glass fibers with A-187, but had relatively poorer abrasion resistance and lower tensile strength after abrasion. There was little difference in water resistance between two kinds of glass fibers with A-1100 and A-187 respectively.
