补阳还五汤对急性心肌梗死PCI术后病人外周血液单个核细胞血管内皮生长因子的影响

Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell in Post-PCI Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察补阳还五汤对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)经皮冠状动脉介入术后病人外周血液单个核细胞中血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。方法选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科2014年9月—2016年1月收治的STEMI住院病人120例,按随机数字表分为治疗组(补阳还五汤联合西医常规治疗)和对照组(西医常规治疗),各60例,于介入术后第1天及第14天,分别检测外周血液单个核细胞中血管内皮生长因子的表达及评定中医证候积分。结果与对照组比较,治疗组外周血液单个核细胞中血管内皮生长因子的表达水平升高(P <0.05),中医证候积分[胸闷(痛)除外](P <0.05)明显降低。结论补阳还五汤联合西医治疗可提高STEMI病人外周血液单个核细胞中血管内皮生长因子的表达水平,减轻血管内皮损伤,并可有效改善中医气虚表现。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on vascular endothelial growth factor of peripheral bloodmononuclear cell in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI） after percutaneous coronary intervention.Method One hundred and twenty STEMI hospitalized patients from Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated hospital of GuangXiUniversity of Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group （Buyang Huan -wu decoction and the routine therapy,60 cases） and the control group （the routine therapy,60 cases）,expression of peripheral bloodmononuclear cell vascular endothelial growth factor was detected at 1,14 day after intervention respectively,and Chinese medicinesymptom integral was assessed at the same time.Results Compared with the control group,Buyang Huanwu decoction and conven -tional western medicine treatment can increase the vascular endothelial growth factor levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cell ef -fectively in patients with STEMI after emergency intervention,Chinese medicine symptom integral（except chest tight and/or chest pain）was improved dramatically,especially qi deficiency related symptoms.Conclusion The vascular endothelial growth factor of periph -eral blood mononuclear cell in patients with STEMI after intervention can be increased,vascular endothelial injury can be relieved andqi deficiency syndrome can be improved by Buyang Huanwu Decoction with western routine therapy.
