摘要
检索近年来相关文献,从中医外治法、西药、物理因子、导尿、行为治疗、手术治疗、心理治疗等7个方面概述脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的临床治疗进展,并指出目前临床治疗中存在的问题和今后的研究方向,从而为本病的临床研究提供参考。
By consulting the relevant literature in recent years, this paper summarizes the clinical treatment progress of neurogenic bladder in patients following spinal cord injury from seven aspects as follows： external thera- py of Chinese medicine, western medicine, physical agents, urinary catheterization, behaviour therapy, surgery and psychotherapy.And it indicates the existing problems on current clinical treatment and the research orientations in the future, aiming at providing references for the clinical research of this disease.
