摘要
目的研究循证护理(EBN)教学法在护理学基础课程中的应用效果。方法将甘肃中医药大学2015级护理学本科专业的71名护生随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组护生接受EBN教学法,对照组护生接受以讲授为主的传统教学法。一学年后统一对2组护生进行理论考试和操作技能考核,并发放问卷调查学生的评判性思维能力、自主学习能力和对教学方法的满意度。结果 2组护生的理论考试成绩和操作技能考核成绩比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组护生的自主学习能力总分及各项评分,评判性思维能力总分及寻找真相、分析能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲等4个维度评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组80.00%以上的护生表示对EBN教学法满意。结论在护理学基础课程中引入EBN教学法能有效提高护生的自主学习能力、评判性思维能力,且护生满意度高,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the application effect of evidence-based nursing (EBN) teaching in basic nursing courses. Methods Seventy-one nursing undergraduates of Grade 2015 of Gansu university of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group accepted EBN teaching, while the control group received the traditional teaching method based on lectures. After one academic year, two groups of nursing students were tested on theory and operation skills, questionnaires were issued to investi- gate students' critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability and satisfaction with teaching methods.Results There was no significant difference in scores in theory and operative skills between the two group (P〉O.05) ;the scores of dimension in observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group in terms of total scores of autonomous learning ability and scores of each item, the total score of critical thinking ability, searching for the truth, analytical ability, confidence in critical thinking, thirst for knowledge and so on. There was statistical difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).More than 80.00% nursing students in observation group expressed sa- tisfaction in EBN teaching.Conclusion Introducing EBN teaching into basic nursing courses improves the autono- mous learning ability, critical thinking ability of nursing students with a high level of satisfaction, which is worthy of further promotion.
