海藻酸钠壳聚糖复合纸对甲基橙及Cu^(2+)的吸附特性

摘要 依次用海藻酸钠、壳聚糖季铵盐对纤维素滤纸进行浸渍干燥处理制备海藻酸钠壳聚糖复合纸并研究其对两种典型的吸附底物——甲基橙和Cu2+离子的吸附特性。采用单因素法探讨了吸附时间、吸附温度、复合纸加入量和底物初始浓度4个因素对吸附作用的影响。结果表明:复合纸对两种底物具有类似的吸附行为:吸附作用完成时间较短;在温度为40℃时吸附率较高;复合纸加入量、底物初始浓度的变化对吸附容量和吸附率具有反向的作用。 Alginate-chitosan composite paper was prepared by treating cellulose filter paper by immersion-drying processes using alginate and quaternary chitosan in sequence. The adsorption characteristics of the composite paper to two typical substrates: methyl orange and Cu^2+ were studied. The effects of four factors, i.e. , adsorption duration, adsorption temperature, amount of composite paper and initial concentration of substrates, on adsorption were studied by single factorial experimentation. Results showed that the composite paper showed analogous adsorption behavior to the two substrates: quick adsorption, maximal adsorption ratio at 40 ℃ , and both the change of amount of composite paper and initial concentration of substrates had reverse effects on adsorption capacity and adsorption ratio.
