改革开放40年来,中国共产党带领中华民族经历了从确立实践是检验真理的唯一标准到构建人类命运共同体的思想发展历程。40年的实践变革与理论创新很多,从国家治理的角度来看,最为重要的也许是确立中华民族伟大复兴的战略目标并以此为价值导向推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,形成中国道路与中国制度的强大比较优势。通过对改革开放40年来我国发展历程的思想境界、政治制度,经济体制、世界视野和价值引领等方面的回顾与思考,可以探析中国国家治理体系的演进逻辑、价值取向和比较优势。

In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese nation went through the development of the confirmation of the criterion of truth to the construction of a community of common destiny. In the past 40 years, there were so many practical reforms and theoretical innovations. From the perspective of national governance, perhaps the most important achievement is to establish the strategic goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity with this value orientation, so as to form a strong comparative advantage of Chinese road and system. Through reviewing the ideological realm, political system, economic system, world vision and value guidance of Chinese development in the past 40 years since the reform and opening up, we can explore the evolution logic, value orientation and comparative advantage of China’s national governance system.
