新时代“小康”概念的历史嬗变与逻辑理路

The Historical Change and Logical Path of the Concept of “Well – off” in the New Era

"小康"一词在中华文明史上源远流长,历经几千年的发展,其内涵不断丰富,但始终蕴含了中华民族对美好生活不懈追求的政治理想。鸦片战争后,现代意义上"小康"概念也在救亡图存的背景下应运而生,在各个阶级和阶层的构建和实践下,"小康"概念不断丰富完善。中华人民共和国建立特别是改革开放后,为了完成国家富强和人民富裕的历史任务,中国共产党在借鉴中国传统文化优秀成分基础上,给予"小康"更多的时代内涵,使得"小康"逐渐成为激励全体人民团结奋斗的目标。党的十九大后,全面建成"小康社会"成为现阶段中国奋斗目标,更是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要阶段,"小康社会"逐渐演变为现代中国的重要概念符号。考辨"小康"概念的源流,不仅可以了解"小康"内涵的变迁过程,还可以透视各个社会力量对"小康"的价值要求和实现政治社会秩序的主张。

The concept ＂well-off＂ has a long history of Chinese civilization.After thousands of years, the concept of ＂well-off ＂ had been continuously enriched, but it always contains the political ideal of the pursuit of a better life by the Chinese nation. After the Opium War, the modern concept of ＂well-off＂ came into being under the background of saving the nation. What’s more, with the construction and practice of all classes and strata, the concept of ＂well-off＂ is constantly enriched and perfected. With the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, especially the reform and opening up, the CPC gave more connotation to ＂well-off ＂ society and made ＂well-off ＂ society concept as the goal of all Chinese people based on the traditional Chinese culture in order to accomplish the historic task of making the country prosperous and rich. After the 19 th National Congress of the CPC, the goal of building a ＂well-off ＂ society in all-round way has become the goal of all Chinese people and is the important stage of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The concept of ＂well-off ＂ society has gradually evolved into an important conceptual symbol in modern China. Examining the origin of the concept of ＂well-off ＂ can not only understand the changing process of the connotation of ＂well-off ＂, but also reveal the values of various social forces for the ＂well-off ＂ and the claim to achieve political and social order.
