摘要
目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠心病的严重程度的关联性。方法选取于本院就诊并行冠脉造影术的患者368例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组(286例)及对照组(82例),采集所有受试对象的全血细胞和生化检验指标,并对数据进行分析。结果(1)与对照组相比,SAP组、ACS组的RDW明显升高,差异具有统计学意义。(2)RDW水平随着冠心病Gensini评分的增加而升高。(3)冠心病危险因素的多元Logistic回归分析示,RDW可作为预测发生冠心病的独立影响因素。(4)冠心病患者RDW与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01)。结论RDW与冠心病患者冠脉严重程度密切相关,可作为冠心病严重程度的预测指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the width of red blood cell distribution(RDW)and the severity of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 368 cases in our hospital,who underwent parallel coronary angiography,were divided into coronary heart disease group(286 cases)and control group(82 cases)according to the results of coronary angiography.All subjects were collected blood cells and biochemical index,and the data were analyzed.Results(1)compared with the control group,the RDW of group SAP and group ACS increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).(2)the level of RDW increased with the increase of Gensini score of chd.(3)multivariate Logistic regression analysis of risk factors for CHD showed that RDW could be an independent prognostic factor in predicting coronary artery disease.(4)RDW and Gensini scores were positively related to CHD patients(r=0.432,P〈0.001).Conclusion RDW is closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease,and can be used as a predictor of the severity of coronary heart disease.
