摘要
目的:比较三叶青地上、地下不同提取部位的解热、抗肿瘤药效,筛选出三叶青地上部分的主要活性组分。方法:通过小鼠背部皮下注射20%干酵母及腋下接种H22细胞的方法,分别建立干酵母致热及H22肝癌荷瘤模型,对三叶青地上、地下不同提取物部分解热、抗肿瘤药效进行比较。结果:与模型组比较,三叶青地上、地下水提物及地上水提醇沉部分均能显著降低干酵母致热小鼠的体温(P <0. 05);与H22荷瘤模型组比较,三叶青地上水提物部分及粗多糖组分平均瘤体质量均显著降低(P <0. 05),抑瘤率分别高达33. 1%和32. 3%。结论:三叶青地上与地下部分具有相同的解热作用,三叶青地上部分多糖组分可能为其发挥解热、抗肿瘤主要药效的活性成分。
Objective: To observe the antipyretic and antitumor activities of the different fractions from the ground and the under- ground parts of Tetrastigma Hernsleyanum in order to screen out the main active components from the aerial parts of Tetrastigma hems- leyanum. Methods: Dry yeast induced fever model and H22 hepatoeellular carcinoma model were established by hypodermic injection of 20% dry yeast into the back of mice and hypodermic inoculation of H22 cells under armpits. The antipyretie and antitumor effects of different extracts from the ground and the underground parts of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum were compared. Results: Compared with the model group, the aqueous extracts from the ground and the underground parts, and the preciptation part of ethanol from the ground part of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum could significantly reduce the temperature of the fever mouse model induced by dry yeast ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the H22 tumor-bearing model group, the aqueous extract and the crude polysaccharide component from the ground parts of Tetrctstigrna hemsleyanum could significantly reduce the average tumor weight ( P 〈 0.05 ) with an inhibition rate of 33.1% and 32.3%, respectively. Conclusion: The ground and the underground parts of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum have the same antipyretic effects, and the polysaecharide from the ground part of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum may be the main active ingredient with antipyretie and antitumor effects.
