提高药师自身职业价值的思考

介绍国内药师与国外药师地位、影响力的差异。国外药师定位准确、作用明显、地位高;国内药师在促进合理用药方面取得了一些成效,但其自身价值并没有很好地发挥。目前我国医院药师服务面临转型,应提高自身职业价值,创造药师专业品牌。药师必须要提升自身专业素质水平,加强用药知识的传播;鼓励药师走进社区百姓的生活视野,指导基层患者合理用药。加强新媒体对药师的宣传,提高公众对药师存在价值的认识和影响力;鼓励药师双语化学习,与国际接轨;期望国家尽快出台药师法,保障药师法律地位和权益,使药师更好地发挥促进合理用药的职业价值。

The gap of status and impact of pharmacists between home and abroad was introduced. The value of foreign pharmacists is accurate, effective and well-known. Domestic pharmacists have made some achievements in promoting rational drug use, while their own value is not well developed. At present, in the face of the transformation of Chinese hospital pharmacists＇ service, it should im- prove the value of pharmacists＇own profession and create professional brand of pharmacists. Pharmacists must improve their professional quality and enhance the dissemination of pharmaceutical knowledge of medicine. Pharmacists must be encouraged to enter the life of community and guide the rational drug use in patients at the grass-root level. New media should strengthen the propaganda of pharma- cists, and raise the public awareness of the value of pharmacists. Pharmacists need to be encouraged to be bilingual and integrate with the world. It is expected that our country will adopt the pharmacist law as soon as possible to guarantee the legal status and rights and interests of pharmacists, so that the pharmacists can play a better role in promoting rational drug use.
