摘要
提出了一种基于统计学中因子分析法的电梯健康度检测模型及方法。因子分析法的基本目的就是用少数几个因子去描述许多指标或因素之间的联系。将相关比较密切的几个变量归在同一类中,每一类变量就成为一个因子,以较少的几个因子反映原始数据的大部分信息。通过某建筑物内营运电梯的测试验证了所建模型的有效性。
A detection model and method based on factor analysis method for elevator health test is introduced, the basic purpose of factor analysis method is describing the relations among multiple index or factors with the few. Combine several variables with close relationship into a class and each class will be a factor, reflecting the most information of the original data with few factors. The effectiveness of the model is validated by testing operating elevator in a building.
