Geographical Management: New Thinking on Space Optimization and Sustainable Development

从空间持续发展的需求出发,重新思考目前人类发展中出现的城乡问题、生态环境问题和"多规合一"实施难等问题,提出解决的新路径——地理管理。面向新时代,重新解读"空间"、"地理"和"管理",形成地理管理的基本理论,积极倡导结合中国本土的地理思想、规划思想和中医思想等优化空间体系,用中医整体观诊断并解决空间发展中出现的问题,希望以地理为体管理为用,规范政府、企业等组织行为和人的个体行为,优化空间布局和空间生产,增强空间的自愈力,尽量减轻或恢复被损害的生存空间与生态环境,实现空间的健康与持续发展。

To meet the demand of the sustainable development of space,it is necessary to rethink the urban and rural problems,the ecological environment problems and the practical problems in the integration of multiple regulations,so a new solution is proposed——geographical management. We need to reinterpret ＂space ＂、＂geography＂and ＂management＂in the new era,forming basic theory of geographical management. Besides,advocate the optimization of space system in integrating with Chinese geographical thought,planning thought and holistic view as used in TCM to solve the problems in space development. It is hoped to regulate the government,enterprise and other organizational behavior and individual behavior, optimize the space layout and space production,and enhance the self repairing power of space so as to reduce or restore damaged living space and ecological environment,finally realize the healthy and sustainable development of space.
