中美贸易摩擦背景下中国产业政策重构研究

改革开放以来,产业政策始终是中国学界讨论的热点问题。林毅夫和张维迎两位教授关于"要不要产业政策?中国需要什么样的产业政策?"的争论再次吸引了人们的关注。2018年3月,中美贸易摩擦的爆发更加揭示了中国传统产业政策的不足。本文结合中美贸易摩擦这一背景,在分析中国传统产业政策现状及存在问题的基础上,阐述在新形势下中国重构产业政策的必要性和原则,最终在中国国情和产业发展特点基础上提出重构产业政策的对策建议。

Since the reform and opening up, industrial policy has always been a hot topic in Chinese academic circles. ＂Do you want industrial policy？ What kind of industrial policy does China need？＂ The debate has again attracted attention. In March 2018, the outbreak of sino-us trade friction further revealed the deficiencies of China＇s traditional industrial policies. Based on the background of sino-us trade friction and the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of China＇s traditional industrial policy, this paper expounds the necessity and principle of China＇s industrial policy reconstruction in the new situation, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the reconstruction of industrial policy based on China＇s national conditions and characteristics of industrial development.
