摘要
本文在建立了水平管沸腾换热试验台的基础上,采用去离子水为工质对内径为0.86mm的水平单管微细通道内流动沸腾进行了实验研究,实验证明,微细通道内流动沸腾压降随质量流速的增加而增加,且增加幅度逐渐增大;热流密度增大,流动沸腾压降增大;而进口过冷度对流动沸腾压降的影响并不显著。
Based on the establishment of the horizontal tube boiling heat transfer test bed, this paper used deionized water as the working medium to study the flow boiling in the horizontal single tube microehannel with an internal diameter of 0.86mm. The flow boiling pressure drop increases with the increase of heat flux. The effect of inlet supercooling on flow boiling pressure drop is not significant.
