精神科住院患者肌酸激酶危急值分析

Analysis of critical value of creatine kinase in psychiatric inpatients

目的：对2016年我院精神科住院患者肌酸激酶危急值进行分析.方法：通过查阅医技部门危急值报告登记本及患者的病历对2016年住院患者的肌酸激酶危急值进行汇总分析.结果：精神科住院患者CK危急值占危急值33.8％;CK危急值患者中诊断精神分裂症、 双相障碍（躁狂相）和躁狂发作、 酒精所致的精神和行为障碍分别占CK危急值患者的45％、23％、17％;93.9％的CK危急值在入院时检查发现,6.1％在住院治疗过程中出现,97.6％的患者在2周内脱离危急值;96％CK危急值患者分布在封闭式病区,4％分布在开放病区.结论：明确CK危急值的疾病分布、 年龄分布、 病区分布、 发生机制及风险因素,对医院的医疗质量具有指导意义.

Objective： The critical value ofcreatine kinase in psychiatric department of our hospital in 2016 was analyzed. Methods： The critical value ofcreatine kinase of hospitalized patients in 2016 was summarized and analyzed by consulting the critical value report of medical technical departments and the patient＇s medical records. Results： The critical value of CK in psychiatric inpatients was 33.8%. Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder （manic-phase）, manic-episode and alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders were diagnosed as 45%, 23% and 17% of patients with critical CK; 93.9~/0 Creatine Kinase Critical Value are found at the time of admission, 6.1% during hospitalization, 97.6% of patients within 2 weeks from crfical value;96% distribution in closed ward, 4% distribution in open ward. Conclusion： The definition of disease distribution, age distribution, disease area distribution, pathogenesis and risk factors of critical CK value is of guiding significance for the medical quality of hospitals.
