复方金银花颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Compound Flos Lonicerae Granules

目的:建立新品种复方金银花颗粒质量控制标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中的金银花、连翘、黄芩进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对复方金银花颗粒中的黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:采用TLC法能够检出金银花、连翘、黄芩且阴性无干扰。采用HPLC法黄芩苷在0.04034μg～0.2017μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000;平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.6%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法可靠、简单、准确、专属性强,可作为复方金银花颗粒的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish the quality control standard of Compound Flos Lonicerae Granules. Method： Lonicerae japonicae flos,Forsythiae fructus vahl and Scutellariae radix were identified by TLC,the baicalin content in Compound Flos Lonicerae Granules was measured by HPLC. Result： the Lonicerae japonicae flos,Forsythiae fructus vahl and Scutellariae radix could be detected by TLC without any disturbing. The determined method has good linear relationship with the range from 0.04034μg to 0.2017μg,and the r was 1.000,the average recovery was 100.7% and RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion： The established methods are reliable,simple,accurate and special,which could be used as the quality control method of Compound Flos Lonicerae Granules.
