桑黄的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Phellinus sp

目的:对桑黄的质量标准进行研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对亮氨酸进行鉴别;紫外分光光度法对桑黄多糖进行含量测定。结果:采用薄层色谱法能够检出亮氨酸;含量测定桑黄多糖的线性范围为0.02～0.12mg,平均回收率为99.6%。结论:所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To study the quality standard of Phellinus sp.Methods： The leucine was identified by TLC..And determining the content of polysaccharide of Phellinus sp by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry. Results： Leucine can be detected by TLC. The linear range of the content determination of polysaccharide was 0.02 ～ 0.12 mg,the average recovery rate was 99.6%. Conclusion： The method can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection exactly,and It is accurate enough to be used for the quality control of the preparation.
