妊娠合并痔疮患者护理干预的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Nursing Intervention on the Gravida Complicated with Hemorrhoids

为评价妊娠合并痔疮患者护理干预后的临床效果,将2016年12月至2017年12月河南省郑州市妇幼保健院收治的50例妊娠合并痔疮患者,给予其护理干预。对其接受护理干预后的效果进行评价分析,分析患者术后的心衰发生率、死亡率,以及护理满意度。结果显示.妊娠合并痔疮患者在接受护理干预后,无患者死亡或发生心衰。干预前护理满意度为84.0%(42/50),干预后护理满意度为98.0%(49/50),干预前后的护理满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,妊娠合并痔疮患者在接受护理干预后,护理效果较为显著,无患者死亡或者发生心衰,且患者的护理满意度显著提高,值得临床推广。

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on the gravida complicated with hemor- rhoids,50 cases admitted in author＇s institute （2016-12--2017-12） were given with nursing intervention, then the obtained efficacy was evaluated,and gravidas＂ postoperative heart failure incidence,death rate,and nursing satisfaction degree were analysed. As results, no patients died, also none suffered from heart fail- ure;in nursing satisfaction degree between before and after intervention there was statistical difference [84.0% （42/50） vs 98.0% （49/50）, P 〈0.05].Results show that nursing intervention has significant effica- cy for the gravida complicated with hemorrhoids,not only no patient died and heart failure occured,but nursing satisfactory degree also uplifted,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
