消斑敷剂定向透药法治疗斑块状银屑病临床观察

Clinical observation on directional drug permeation of xiaoban application in the treatment of plaque psoriasis

目的观察消斑敷剂定向透药法治疗斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将60例患者分为试验组和对照组各30例。试验组口服活血散瘀汤联合透药仪将消斑敷剂导入皮损,每周3次;对照组口服活血散瘀汤、外用白凡士林,每日1次。治疗前及治疗4周后分别进行银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评分、中医证候评分、瘙痒指数评分及皮肤病生活质量评分(DLQI)评估。结果试验组总有效率89.65%,对照组总有效率65.51%,两组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。4周后,试验组与对照组相比,PASI评分、瘙痒指数评分、DLQI明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);中医证候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论消斑敷剂定向透药法治疗斑块状银屑病疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of directional drug permeation of xiaoban application in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods By using random number table method, a total of 60 patients with plaque psoriasis were divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Sanyu Decoction, and the Xiaoban application was introduced into the skin lesions 3 times a week by using the Chinese herbal medicine permeameter. The control group was treated with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Sanyu Decoction and white vaseline externally once a day. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated before and 4 weeks after the treatment by PASI score, TCM syndrome score, itching index score and dermatology life quality index（DLQI）. Results The total effective rate was 89.65% in the treatment group and 65.51% in the control group respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the PASI score, itching index scores and DLQI of the treatment group were significant lower than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Directional permeation of xiaoban application has positive curative effect in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.
