摘要
转录因子FOXO是叉头框基因家族的成员,其编码的FOXO蛋白家族在细胞代谢、增殖和凋亡等方面发挥重要作用。3-磷酸肌醇激酶(phosphoinositide 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶(protein kinase B,AKT)和丝裂原活化蛋白酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)/胞外信号调控激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase,ERK)信号通路以及microRNA等参与FOXOs翻译后修饰调节,调控FOXOs转录活性和亚细胞定位。FOXOs可能参与调控银屑病皮损角质形成细胞的过度增殖,但具体机制尚不明确。该文对FOXOs参与银屑病表皮过度增殖的可能机制进行综述。
The Foxo gene is a member of the forkhead box(Fox) gene family. This gene encodes the FOXO protein family, which play important roles in cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and so on. The signal pathways of PI3 K/AKT and MAPK/ERK, and miRNAs are involved in post-transcriptional regulation of FOXOs, which can regulate FOXOs transcriptional activity and subcellular location. FOXOs may play a role in the processing of proliferation of keratinocytes, but the specific mechanisms are not clear. This article reviews the possible mechanisms of FOXOs in psoriasis epidermal hyper-proliferation.
