Red scrotum syndrome: two cases report

报道红色阴囊综合征2例,临床均表现为中老年男性阴囊及阴茎的持续性潮红,伴有不同程度的灼痛及瘙痒,起病慢、病程长,前期治疗效果欠佳。经过系统及局部治疗后,分别于2周及4周皮损好转,停药后无复发。

Two cases of red scrotum syndrome（RSS） were reported. The clinical manifestations were persistent flushing of scrotum and the basal part of the penis in a middle-aged and an old man, accompanied by varying degrees of burning pain and itching. The onset of the disease was slow and the course of the disease was long. Early treatment was not effective, after systematic and local treatment, the two patients＇ skin lesions improved at 2 and 4 weeks of the treatment respectively, and no relapse occurred after withdrawal.
