不可否认，一次性塑料制品为我们带来了诸多便利。然而在我们享受便利的同时，塑料污染也无处不在：一方面，源源不断的塑料垃圾流人海洋，危及海洋生态系统；另一方面，误食塑料垃圾的海洋生物被端上餐桌，危及人类健康。面对触目惊心的海洋塑料污染现状，国家、企业和个人都责无旁贷。
