摘要 泡沫沥青冷再生技术作为一种新型的道路建筑材料,主要应用于病害道路的冷再生过程。本文根据现有国内外泡沫沥青冷再生技术发展现状及结合国内施工现场实际情况,首先分析了现有混合料配合比设计方法、混合料成型方法存在的问题,建议采用混合料断级配设计方法,采用振动成型仪成型试件。其次分析了低温抗裂性评价方法,推荐采用低温SCB试验评价泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的低温抗裂性,采用破坏应变和单位体积破坏应变能作为低温性能评价标准。最后,从施工过程控制、养生温度等方面对泡沫沥青冷再生技术做出了合理化的建议。 As a new road building material, cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt is mainly applied to the cold regeneration process of disease roads. Based on the current situation of the development of the existing cold recycling technology for foam asphalt at home and abroad and the actual situation in the domestic construction site, this paper first analyzes the existing mixture ratio design method and the existing problems of the mixture molding method, and suggests adopting the design method of the mixture broken gradation and adopting the vibratory molding instrument to form the specimen. Secondly, the low temperature anti cracking evaluation method was analyzed, and the low temperature SCB test was recommended to evaluate the low temperature crack resistance of the cold recycled mixture of foam asphalt. The failure strain and the unit volume failure strain could be used as the evaluation standard for the low temperature performance. Finally, the rationalization proposals for cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt are put forward from aspects of construction process control and curing temperature.
