高层建筑地下室防水渗漏问题探析

现阶段,我国社会经济的发展速度越来越快,建筑行业得到了极大的发展,在城市中诸多高层建筑不断出现。一般情况下,为了使高层建筑抗震、抗风和其他使用功能的要求得到满足,都会设置一层或多层地下室,而高层建筑地下室防水渗漏性能的好坏和高层建筑的功能效果以及使用寿命有着十分密切的联系。就此情况,本文结合工作实践经验,对高层建筑地下室的防水渗漏问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的解决措施,以供参考。

In this case, the author of this article combined with his own work experience to explore the waterproof leakage problem of the basement of high-rise buildings, and to eliminate the corresponding solutions for reference.
