摘要
为了探究不同施工与应用条件对灌缝材料粘附性的影响规律,分别在不同的湿度、腐蚀环境、温度和切缝工艺条件下设计对应的试验方案,通过多功能测试仪对不同方案下的成型的试件进行拉伸试验,根据拉伸试验结果对不同试样的粘附性进行定量的评价。结果表明:水降低了灌缝料的粘附性;腐蚀作用下灌缝胶粘附性基本消失;切缝处理对灌缝料的粘附性能产生较大幅度的削弱;温度冷热循环对灌缝料的粘附性能造成一定性能损失。
In order to explore the effect of different environmental conditions on the adhesion of the sealants and fillers, the corresponding test scheme was designed under different conditions of humidity, corrosion, temperature and slitting process. The formed specimen was subjected to a tensile test, and the adhesion of different specimens was quantitatively evaluated based on the tensile test results. The results show that: water reduces the adhesion of the sealing material; the adhesiveness of the filling glue disappears under the effect of corrosion; the gap between the cutting treatment and the sealants and fillers with the performance of a greater degree of weakening; hot and cold cycle caused a certain loss of performance on the sealing material adhesion properties.
