摘要
聚羧酸减水剂常温聚合已成必然趋势,本文对国内外聚羧酸减水剂常温聚合及低温聚合研究进展进行综述。引发体系的选择成为影响聚羧酸减水剂合成温度的重要因素,常温聚合(20-40℃)目前已实现工业化生产,而低温聚合(5-20℃)研究相对较少。
Polymerization of polycarboxylate superplasticizer at ambient temperature has become an inevitable trend. In this paper, the research progress of polycarboxylate superplasticizer at ambient temperature and low temperature polymerization at home and abroad is reviewed. The selection of the initiation system has become an important factor affecting the synthesis temperature of Polycarboxylic Water reducing agents. The polymerization at room temperature (20-40C) has been industrialized and low temperature polymerization (5-20 C)is relatively less.
