摘要
根据模板施工规范,参考矩形件排样各相关算法,通过一个系统过程:因数分析法进行分类、背包算法确定最优组合、递归算法和神经算法查找相关板块、填充算法填充空隙等优化算法对胶合板矩形板块进行排样。排样结果表明板材的利用率大幅提高。
According to the plywood template construction standard, during a cooperative process: the factor analysis approach was used to classify rectangular plates, the knapsack algorithm was used to determine optimal combination of rectangular plates, the recursive algorithm and the neural algorithm were used to find relevant rectangular plates, the rectangle-filling algorithm was used to fill spaces. Some optimal algorithms were consulted to pack rectangular plates on plywood formwork. Results showed that the utilization rate of the plywood was greatly improved, and the standard of the concrete formwork construction was abided by the system.
