四例颌面部木村病临床及病理分析

Clinicopathologic analysis of 4 cases with Kimura's disease located on maxillofacial

回顾性分析我院经病理组织学检查确诊且临床资料完整的4例木村病患者的资料。其中男2例,女2例;年龄14～66岁,平均46.5岁;病程1～20年。4例患者均表现为颌面部无痛性皮下肿块伴瘙痒,免疫球蛋白E(IgE)均高于正常值,2例患者嗜酸性粒细胞指标高于正常值,4例患者均有嗜酸粒细胞浸润,3例可见典型的淋巴滤泡。

The data of 4 patients（2 males and 2 females） with Kimura’s disease（KD） was analyzed.The patients aged from 14 to 66 years old and the average age was 46.5 years old. The duration was from 1 to 20 years. All the 4 patients presented with a painless mass on the axillofacial,with itching. The level of immunoglobulin E is higher in all the 4 patients and eosinophils level is higher in 2 patients. Biopsy showed eosinophilic infiltration in all the 4 patients and typical lymphoid follicles in 3.
