摘要 表观遗传调控是指在DNA碱基序列不发生改变的情况下,产生的具有可遗传性的基因表达改变,包括DNA甲基化、非编码RNA调控及组蛋白修饰等多种生物学过程,该调控机制在瘢痕疙瘩发病中发挥重要作用,本文对表观遗传调控在瘢痕疙瘩中的作用进行了综述。 Epigenetic regulation is the heritable changes in gene expression under the condition that DNA sequence does not change,including DNA methylation,non coding RNA and histone modification. It has been found that the epigenetic regulation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of keloid. The role of epigenetic regulation in the pathogenesis of keloid is reviewed.
