续命汤对急性期脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分及凝血功能的影响

The Effect of Xuming Tang on Neurological Deficit Scores and Coagulation Function of Cerebral Infarction at Acute Stage

目的:观察续命汤对急性期脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分及凝血功能的影响及其临床疗效。方法:将86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组各43例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用续命汤治疗,疗程均为2周。分别在治疗前后测量纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,检测雌激素及血小板情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率对照组77.5%,治疗组87.8%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组NIHSS评分、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平较治疗前降低,且治疗组NIHSS评分、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组雌激素及血小板分别与治疗前比较,组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:续命汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,可有效改善凝血功能及神经功能损伤状态。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xuming tang on neurological deficit scores and coagulation function of cerebral infarction at acute stage and its clinical effect. Methods= Divided 86 cases of patients with cerebral infarction at acute stage into two groups randomly, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Xuming tang based on the treatment of routine western medicine. The treatment lasted for two weeks in the two groups. Measured levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer and scores of national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS）, and detected the estrogen and platelet before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 77.5% in the control group and was 87.8% in the treatment group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores and levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the NIHSS score and the level of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, compared the estrogen and platelet in the two groups with those before treatment respectively, there was no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Xuming Tang has significant effect in treating cerebral infarction at acute stage, which can effectively improve the coagulation function and neurological deficit.
