补脾益肠丸联合整肠生胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Effect Observation on Bupi Yichang Pills Combined with Zhengchangsheng Capsules for Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察补脾益肠丸联合整肠生胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将52例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为对照组与观察组各26例。对照组单独给予整肠生胶囊治疗,观察组在整肠生胶囊治疗基础上联合补脾益肠丸治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率、症状积分及血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平。结果:观察组总有效率92.3%,对照组总有效率65.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组腹痛、腹部不适、大便性状积分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组3项症状积分均比对照组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组血浆VIP水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血浆VIP水平比对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:补脾益肠丸联合整肠生胶囊治疗腹泻型IBS效果显著,能明显缓解患者的临床症状,降低VIP水平。

Objective.. To observe the clinical effect of Bupi Yichang pills combined with Zhengchangsheng capsules for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods. Divided 52 cases of patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS into the control group and the observation group randomly, 26 cases in each group. The control group only received Zhengchangsheng capsules for treatment, while the observation group additionally received Bupi Yichang pills based on the treatment of Zhengchangsheng capsules. Compared the total effective rate, symptom scores and levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide （VIP） in the two groups. Results- The total effective rate was 92.3% in the observation group and was 65.4% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, symptom scores of abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort and defecation state were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The decrease of the above three scores in the observation group was more obvious, differences being significant （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, VIP levels in plasma in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The decease of the VIP level in plasma in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. The therapy of Bupi Yichang pills combined with Zhengchangsheng capsules has significant effect in treating diarrhea-predominant IBS, which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and decrease the VIP level in plasma of patients.
