知柏地黄丸联合西医疗法治疗慢性牙周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zhibo Dihuang Pills Combined with Western Medicine Therapy for Chronic Periodontitis

目的:观察知柏地黄丸联合西医疗法治疗慢性牙周炎(CP)的临床疗效及对患者炎症因子的影响。方法:选取98例CP患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各49例。对照组采取牙周基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加用知柏地黄丸。对比分析2组临床疗效,观察治疗前后血清和龈沟液中炎症因子水平的变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率98.0%,对照组治疗总有效率85.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组血清、龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)含量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组血清、龈沟液中TNF-α、CRP、IL-8含量均较治疗前降低(P <0.05);观察组血清、龈沟液中TNF-α、CRP、IL-8含量均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸联合西医疗法治疗CP,能有效改善患者的症状,减轻炎症反应。

Objective. To observe the clinical effect of 7hibo Dihuang pills combined with western medicine therapy for chronic periodontitis （CP）, and its effect on inflammatory factors of patients. Methods. Selected 98 cases of patients with CP as study subjects, and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly, 49 cases in each group. The control group received the basic periodontal treatment, while the observation group additionally received Zhibo Dihuang pills. Compared and analyzed the clinical effect in both groups, and observed the changes of levels of inflammatory factors in serum and gingival crevicular fluid before and after treatment. Results. The total effective rate was 98.0% in the observation group and 85.7% in the control group, difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, comparing the content of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）, C-reactive protein（CRP） and interleukin-8（IL-8）in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in both groups, there were no significant differences being found （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the content of TNF-α, CRP and IL-8 in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in both groups was lower than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05）; the content of TNF-α, CRP and IL-8 in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion.. Zhibo Dihuang pills combined with western medicine therapy for CP can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and alleviate inflammatory reactions.
