浅论辨体论治在溃疡性结肠炎诊治中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Treatment Based on Constitution Differentiation for Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎是临床常见难治病。笔者通过阐述体质与溃疡性结肠炎的发病、证候形成、诊断、治疗、转归预后及预防的相关性,认为溃疡性结肠炎诊治过程中,应用辨体论治能更全面地把握疾病的发生、发展、转归及预后,从而提高诊治效果。

Ulcerative colitis is a common refractory disease in clinical practice. By elaborating the relevance constitution has to the onset of ulcerative colitis, syndrome formation, diagnosis, treatment, outcome, prognosis and prevention, the authors held that the application of treatment based on constitution differentiation for ulcerative colitis can help master the onset, development, outcome and prognosis of the disease more comprehensively, thus to enhance the clinical effect.
