核电厂空压机选型及经济性计算初步研究

摘要 核电厂空压机的选型需考虑各种型式空压机的特性,并根据压缩空气的品质要求、电厂总耗气量、设备初始投资费用、运行维护费用以及可靠性等进行综合分析。文中首先介绍了空压机的分类,对常用的空压机进行了性能比较,确定了A项目核电厂的空压机型式;其次,在分析全厂压缩空气用量的基础上,拟定了两种空压机型号;最后通过经济性计算分析,确定了空压机的型号。 The compressors character should be considered in nuclear power station compressors selection, and other factors such as the compressed air quality, air consumption, equipments cost, operation cost, reliability and so on. This thesis introduced the category of compressors firstly, and confirmed the compressor category in A nuclear power station project. Then two type compressors were analyzed based on the compressed air consumption of the station. Ultimately one type compressor was selected.
