摘要
考虑到缓冲池维持在高液位影响循环水排污系统稳定运行,根据缓冲池现场调查与控制逻辑分析,找出了缓冲池液位高的主要症结。通过对引起缓冲池出水泵入口滤网堵塞的原因分析,确定了反冲洗模式选择问题为主要原因。对策实施后,通过对循环水排污系统长时间监测,产水品质达标,缓冲池液位得到控制,提高了缓冲池液位的稳定性。
Considering that the buffer pool is maintained in high liquid level influence the circulating water discharge system stable operation. According to the buffer pool field investigation and control logic analysis, the main sticking point of the buffer pool level is found. Analysis of the reasons for the blocking of the buffer pool outlet pump, the backwash mode selection problem is identified as the main reason. After the implementation of countermeasures, through the long - term monitoring of the circulating water discharge system, the quality of producing water is up to standard, buffer pool level is also controlled. The stability of buffer pool level is improved.
