摘要
离子交换树脂(特别是强酸性离子交换树脂)作为催化剂得到越来越广泛的应用,树脂催化剂与催化精馏技术的结合使得树脂催化剂在平衡反应和连串反应中的效率大大提高。树脂催化剂与催化精馏技术相结合,在MTBE合成、甲缩醛合成、轻汽油醚化、叔丁醇脱水等领域得到广泛应用。
Ion exchange resins have been widely used as catalyst. The efficiency of resin catalyst in series and balanced reactions have been largely improved by the combination of resin catalyst with catalytic distillation technology. The combination of resin catalyst with catalytic distillation technology have been widely used in MTBE synthesis and methylaldehyde synthesis, light gasline etherification and TBA dehydration.
