油气回收对于节约资源、保护环境、保障人们身体健康和生产生活安全具有非常重要的意义,油气回收方法主要有吸附法、吸收法、冷凝法和膜分离法等,某石化公司采用活性炭吸附法与吸收法相结合的方法来回收轻油装车时产生的挥发性气体,本文针对该套油气回收装置在运行过程中存在的问题提出相应的解决措施,确保油气回收装置安全平稳长周期运行。

Oil and gas recovery has very important significance for saving resources, protecting the environment, guaranteeing people health and life security. Main methods ofoil and gas recovery include adsorption method, absorption method, condensation method and membrane separation, etc. For example, a petrochemical company uses the combined method of activated carbon adsorption and absorption method to recycle volatile gas generated in light oil loading. In this paper, some problems in the operation process of the oil and gas recovery unit were analyzed, the corresponding solution measures were put forward to ensure the safe and smooth and long period operation of the oil and gas recovery unit.
