摘要
对在压力强化时封头过渡区发生失稳的问题进行了分析,指出了封头厚度不足及其曲面形状偏差是引起过渡区周向压缩应力过高从而导致失稳和屈服的原因,提出了预防封头失稳的措施。
The problem of head buckling during pressure strengthening was analyzed. It's pointed out that insufficient thickness of head and tolerance on shape of surface are main causes which result in too high circumference pressure stress at the head knuckle to produce elastic buckling and yield. At last, some measures to prevent head elastic buckling were put forward.
