Exploration of Bacteria Detection Methods for Oilfield Injection Water

油田目前在水质细菌测定过程中使用的两个最新发布的标准在测定时间、温度,以及多组测试瓶菌量计数方面存在部分差异,通过计数方法示例分析和实验室测定对比,对实验室操作人员在细菌测定过程中存在的疑虑进行解释,最终推荐使用标准SY/T0532-2012《油田注入水细菌分析方法绝迹稀释法》中提到的多组测试瓶菌量计数方法,并以35℃恒温培养,7 d后观察为宜。

There are some differences between the two standards used in the bacterial determination of water quality in oil fields at present in terms of measuring time, temperature and count of bacteria. Through example analysis of counting methods and laboratory measurement, the puzzlement of laboratory operator in the bacteria detection process was explained. The specific counting method in SY/T0532-2012 Bacterial Analysis method for injection Water in Oil Field--Extinction dilution method was recommended, it＇s pointed out that the observation should be carried out after constant temperature culture at 35 ℃ for 7 days.
