摘要
竖直埋管具有占地面积小、单位面积换热量高等优点,是江苏地区应用较多的地源热泵系统埋管敷设形式。由于缺乏通用的、标准的施工工艺,导致竖直地埋管换热器施工质量影响整个系统的运行效果,进而局限了竖直地埋管地源热泵技术的推广使用。通过对多个地源热泵项目的施工服务调研以及多项国家相关课题研究,本文凝练出一套流程清晰、便于大型项目组织管理、保证施工质量、提高工作效率、含有针对性降低安全风险和环境损害措施的施工工艺标准。该工艺适用于各类新建建筑和既有建筑改造工程,适用于土壤及岩石地质,但不适用于地下有岩溶孔洞、采空区和国家规定的地下水资源保护区。
Vertical ground heat exchanger has the advantages of small land occupation and high heat transfer capacity per uit area, which is a type of ground-source heat pump system widely used in Jiangsu area. Due to the lack of common and standard construction process, the construction quality of vertical ground heat exchanger affects the operation effects of the entire system. The extension of vertical ground-source heat pump technology is limited. After the investigation on the construction services for several ground-source heat pump projects and a number of national related research topics, the paper developed a set of standards for construction process that were clear, convenient for large-scale projects organization management, and it could guarantee construction quality, improve working efficiency, and contain specific measures to reduce safety risks and environmental damage. It is suitable for all types of new building works and existing building renovation works, as well as soil and rock geology, but it is not suitable for underground karst holes, god areas and groundwater resource protection areas stipulated by the state.
