工程钻探法在深埋非金属管线探测中的改进及应用 被引量:13

摘要 非开挖施工技术和非金属材质管线的大量使用极大地促进了城市地下管网的建设,但是,随着带来的深埋非金属管线集中了多种管线探测的难点,这给地下管线的探测带来很大的难度。在地下水位较高的软土地区,地面物探方法对深埋非金属管线的适应性较差,对于非封闭的深埋非金属管线,可采用传感器探测法、示踪导线法和惯性陀螺仪定位技术,然而对于封闭的深埋非金属管线,常规的管线探测方法均不能实现有效探测。为了解决该类管线的定位问题,本文提出了运用工程钻探法进行探测,通过对工程钻探钻头的改进,设计了一种不会对管线造成破坏的地下管线勘查专用钻头。结合宁波市轨道交通工程实例,介绍了采用地下管线勘查专用钻头的工程钻探法在不具备开口条件的深埋非金属管线探测中的应用,取得了良好的探测效果,为封闭的深埋非金属管线的探测提供了一种新的工作思路。 With the wide use of trenchless technology and non-metallic material pipeline, the construction of the city underground pipeline network system is developing rapidly. However, the application of deep non-metallic pipeline comes with a variety of pipeline detection difficulties, which brings great challenges to the exploration of underground pipeline. In soft clay area with high groundwater table, the surface geophysical prospecting is not suitable for deep non-metallic pipeline. The sensor detection, tracer wire and the inertial gyro three-dimensional positioning technique are all available for deep non-closed non-metallic pipeline, but for deep closed non-metallic pipeline, the conventional pipeline detection method is not effective. This paper proposes the engineering drilling method to solve the detection problem of deep closed non-metallic pipeline. By upgrading the engineering drilling detection system, a special drill head, which will not cause damage to the underground pipeline, is developed. Combined with a success application from Ningbo rail transit project, this paper introduces the engineering drilling method applied in the detection of deep closed non-metallic pipelines. It provides a new idea for the detection of deep closed non-metallic pipeline.
