头针疗法联合循经取穴治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的效果研究

Effect research of scalp acupuncture therapy combined with acupoint selection along channel in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke

目的探讨头针疗法联合循经取穴治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的效果。方法 80例中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取头针疗法治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合循经取穴,比较两组患者治疗后运动功能评分。结果治疗后,试验组患者上肢运动功能、手运动功能、下肢运动功能评分分别为(4.50±0.28)、(4.11±0.25)、(4.24±0.68)分,均明显优于对照组的(3.36±0.23)、(3.41±0.14)、(3.25±0.17)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者采取头针疗法联合循经取穴的方法治疗,可以明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture therapy combined with acupoint selection along channel in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with scalp acupuncture, the experimental group received acupoint selection along channel on the basis of the control group. The motor function scores of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of upper extremity motor function, hand motor function and lower limb motor function in the experimental group were（4.50±0.28） scores,（4.11±0.25） scores and（4.24±0.68） scores respectively, which were significantly better than（3.36±0.23） scores,（3.41±0.14） scores and（3.25±0.17） scores in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of scalp acupuncture therapy combined with acupoint selection along channel in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke can obviously improve the clinical efficacy of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
