摘要 职业教育的发展需要办学体制的改革创新,混合所有制就是目前高职院校办学方面的一种创新模式。在混合所有制二级学院建设的实践中需要研究和解决二级学院的性质、管理模式、运营机制、人才培养方案、效益分配等问题,襄阳汽车职业技术学院智能制造(模具)学院在这方面做了一定的理论突破和实践探索。 The development of vocational education requires the reform and innovation of educational system. Mixed ownership is an innovative mode of running schools in higher vocational colleges. In the practice of the construction of the secondary colleges with mixed ownership, it is needed to study and solve the problems such as the nature, management modes, operation mechanisms, talents training programs and benefit distributions of the secondary colleges. The Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing (Mould) of Xiangyang Auto Vocational and Technical College has made certain theoretical breakthroughs and practical explorations in those fields mentioned above.
