摘要
现代学徒制对我国职业教育的改革发展具有重要的实践意义,有利于实现职业教育从规模扩张发展到内涵质量的新阶段。在现代学徒制的教学生态要素中,教师职业能力的提升是关键,而行动学习是教师职业能力提升的有效途径。通过团队合作,以解决实践问题为导向,开展持续的、合理的质疑反思和交流探究,进而不断提升教师职业能力。
Modern apprenticeship is of great education reform and development and is meaningful quality. Among the ecologic factors of modern practical significance to our current vocationa for vocational education's development from size to apprenticeship, teachers' professional capability improvement is the key. Aiming at solving practical problems, action learning is an effective way to improve teachers' professional capability by means of team work and continuous and reasonable questioning, self-examination and exploration.
