高职学生情绪管理研究

摘要 高职学生情绪具有依赖性、冲动性、冷漠性、持续性等特点,其负面情绪具有危害身心健康、产生学习迷茫、造成人际关系紧张、导致价值取向歪曲等不良影响。加强情绪管理有利于高职学生提高心理健康水平、顺利完成学业、全面提高综合素质,为其融入社会、成长成才奠定良好的基础。为此,高职院校必须重视学生的心理健康教育,提升心理健康教育教师队伍的专业水平,开展多种形式的心理辅导,帮助学生感受积极的情绪体验,指导学生适当宣泄情绪,培养学生健全的人格。 Higher vocational students' emotions are characterized by dependence, impulsiveness, apathy and persistence, Their negative emotions are harmful to their physical and mental health, causing confused learning, tense interpersonal relationship and distorted value orientation, Strengthening emotional management is conducive to higher vocational students to improve their mental health, complete their studies smoothly, improve their overall quality, and lay a good foundation for their integration into society and their growth, Therefore, higher vocational colleges must attach importance to students' mental health education, enhance the professional level of teachers in mental health education, carry out various forms of psychological counseling, help students feel positive emotional experience, guide students to vent their emotions properly, and cultivate students' healthy personality.
