以工匠精神为引领的高职商务英语专业学生职业素养培育研究

Study on Craftsmanship spirit-oriented Cultivation of Business English Major Students' Occupation Accomplishment in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校在商务英语专业技能型人才培养方面普遍缺乏以"脚踏实地、专注敬业、精益求精、勇于创新"为核心的职业素养培育机制。文章基于提升高职教学质量和适应社会经济发展现实需求的视角,从构建具有工匠精神的人才培养制度、营造具有工匠精神的专业文化氛围、打造具有工匠精神的专业课程体系、实施具有工匠精神的情境模拟式课堂教学等四个方面,来创设高职商务英语专业学生的职业素养培育机制。

At present, an occupation accomplishment cultivation mechanism orientated to conscientiousness, commitment to occupation, strict request and innovation is commonly lacked during the training of skilled English major talents in higher vocational colleges. In order to improve the teaching quality and meet the need of social and economic development, the occupation accomplishment cultivation mechanism is built from the following four aspects： setting up a system for training talents with craftsman spirit, creating a cultural atmosphere with craftsmanship spirit, building up a professional curriculum system with craftsmanship spirit and carrying out a scene simulation teaching method with craftsmanship spirit.
