摘要
尽管基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式发挥重要作用,但目前微课设计不合理、教学实施不到位、保障措施缺乏。为弥补这些不足,文章提出基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式设计与实施对策,主要包括微课设计策略、翻转课堂实施策略、落实保障措施等。该模式满足学生个性化和自主学习需要,有利于激发课堂活力、培养学生团队合作精神与自主探究能力,避免学生搭便车、拖延提交作业的现象。
Although the flip-based classroom teaching mode based on micro-classes plays an important role, the current micro-course design is unreasonable, the teaching implementation is not in place, and the safeguard measures are lacking. In order to make up for these shortcomings, Jiujiang Vocational University combined with the teaching of internal medicine nursing, proposed the design and implementation countermeasures of the inverted classroom teaching mode based on micro-class, including micro-class design strategy, flipping classroom implementation strategy and safeguard measures. The application shows that the model meets the needs of students' individualization and self-learning, which is conducive to stimulating classroom vitality, cultivating students' teamwork spirit and self-exploration ability, avoiding students' delaying submission of assignments.
