襄阳市公共卫生服务基层状况的研究——基于襄阳市真武山社区服务中心的调研

A Study on the Grass Roots Level of Public Health Service in Xiangyang——Based on the Investigation of Zhenwu Mountain Community Service Center in Xiangyang City

文章通过对襄阳市真武山社区服务中心公共卫生服务状况的调研,发现基层公共卫生服务中心在执行和完成公共卫生服务项目的过程中,基本完成公共卫生服务项目,由国家卫计委会制定的行业要求、工作标准以及工作规范,对家庭医生签约服务、分级诊疗制度建设等医改重点工作正在稳步推进中,但仍然存在公共卫生服务中心人员严重缺乏及设备不足、公共卫生信息没有联网、互联网上公共卫生信息难以保密等问题。针对存在的一些问题提出建议,有利于社区公共卫生工作的发展。

It was found that there exist problems of public health service status of Zhenwu Mountain community service center in Xiangyang. In the process of implementing and completing public health service projects, the grass-roots public health service center has gradually completed the professional requirements and work standards of the basic public health service projects, which is formulated by National Health Commission. The key work of medical reform, such as the signing service of family doctors and the construction of hierarchical medical system, is proceeding steadily. There are suggestions for solving the existing issues in basic public health service. It is hoped that the higher authorities would attach more importance to solving these problems, which is conducive to the development of community public health work.
